He has successfully managed numerous projects across Canada, including in Oil & Gas (Fort McMurray, Alberta), Mining (Ontario & Nova Scotia), design-build (Manitoba), and various infrastructure developments. This diverse background has given him extensive experience in contract management, site supervision, contract law, risk mitigation, and delay claims. Alex is dedicated to providing comprehensive support and ensuring a high standard of service for every project team.
Eduardo Pereira is a Senior Project Manager with over 20 years of experience in diverse construction projects. A Civil Engineer with a Master of Science in Energy Conversion & Management, Eduardo excels in applying project management best practices to control costs, time, and scope. He is highly skilled in risk identification and mitigation, contract administration, and possesses strong analytical abilities for evaluating technical and contractual documents, identifying scope gaps, and optimizing project costs and schedules.
Octavio Rabello holds a bachelor’s in civil engineering and a postgraduate diploma in Construction Management. With nine years of postgraduate experience, he is a Project Management Professional currently overseeing all bridge-related projects, including suspension bridges and overpasses. Prior to his current role, Octavio spent five years at E.S. Fox, specializing in structural steel and bridge construction, where he gained hands-on experience delivering complex projects such as bridges, high-rise buildings, infrastructure, and industrial warehouses.
James Matthews, holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Dalhousie University. He currently serves as an Assistant Site Superintendent, managing an Energy Performance Contract with Johnson Controls/DCC at CFB Halifax. His experience includes roles as a Junior Structural Engineer at Eastpoint Engineering Limited, where he provided design solutions and conducted site inspections, and as a Project Coordinator at V.J. Rice Concrete Limited, coordinating deliveries and designing precast products. James also has experience as a Materials Technician at Englobe Corporation and is very close to obtaining his P.Eng.
